Placing an order

Orders can be placed via our website, over the phone, or in person in at our bakery at Bagillt. Full payment is required at the point of ordering unless agreed with us. You will be provided with an order confirmation via email, check your junk mail folder as confirmations may be redirected there by your security software. Please check your copy of the order carefully and let us know if any items are incorrect.

Minimum ordering times for wedding cakes

All our patisserie shop cakes have a 2 working day turnaround. If you require a quicker turnaround or specific collection date, please contact us. Your order will be confirmed once you receive the confirmation email detailing your requirements.

Changes to orders

Alterations to orders may be requested but cannot be guaranteed. No amendments or additions can be made with 24 hours of order fulfilment. Any alternations or amendments may incur an additional charge. Please note any changes will not be guaranteed until an email confirmation has been received. Orders placed and agreed for next day delivery cannot be amended, altered or cancelled once placed.

Collecting an order

Collection of all patisserie and general celebration cakes will be from our bakery at Bagillt, unit 36 Manor business park. Patisserie and cakes will be available within the time-slot selected. If for some reason you are unable to collect on the day specified, please contact use to arrange another day and time. We will hold the cake for you until the end of its shelf-life, when it will be discarded. Once a cake has been accepted, it is the customer’s responsibility to safely transport it to its destination.

On collection or delivery you will be asked to check the appearance of patisserie item or cake. Please take the time to inspect the order, as Anne’s Patisserie cannot take any responsibility for visible errors not identified and shown to staff at this point.

Delivery of an order

Where delivery is requested and is possible, It is the customers responsibility to ensure a complete and correct address is supplied, along with a correct phone number for contact. It is also the customer’s responsibility that there is someone to accept the delivery at the address. Anne’s Patisserie cannot accept responsibility for late or missing deliveries due to insufficient or incorrect information supplied, or because there is no-one to accept delivery.

Price changes

Anne’s Patisserie reserve the right to make price changes without prior notice, but guarantee that no price increase will apply to any confirmed paid orders made by a customer for collection on a date after which a price increase has been made.


We can only guarantee a full refund of your patisserie order if at least 24 hours’ notice has be given prior to the collection or delivery date and if we have not begun processing your order. Orders placed for next day delivery cannot be amended, altered or cancelled once placed.

Returns Policy

At Anne’s patisserie we take it personally when a customer has not been entirely happy with the cake or cakes they have received. To help us deal with a genuine problem ,with the cake you purchased, please contact us as soon as possible to allow us to do our very best to rectify the problem.

In the event that Anne’s patisserie is at fault and are unable to rectify the problem, you will be entitled to a full refund on the cake you have purchased. Please bear in mind to follow the storage instructions and the use by date supplied on the packaging. Anne’s Patisserie does not take responsibility for any cakes that develop a problem due to miss care.


Anne’s Patisserie cakes are hand-made, There for there may be slight variations in appearance from those shown on our website We reserve the right to replace unavailable components with those of equal or better quality. Ribbon colour as shown is illustrative only – if a specific colour is required this must be requested at the time of ordering.

Anne’s patisserie will make every effort to fulfill you order correctly. In the unlikely event that this does not occur, please note we do not accept any responsibility for consequential costs incurred due to errors made with products supplied or delivered. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Customer satisfaction

We work hard at Anne’s Patisserie to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or the standard of our service you should first speak to the one of the managers of Anne patisserie.

We will give all complaints our urgent attention. Your complaint will be acknowledged within the same day and we will endeavour to resolve the matter as soon as we possibly can. It is of the upmost importance to Anne’s Patisserie that every customer is fully satisfied with the products they receive.
