An old school classic. This all butter pastry tart is baked with a gooey filling of brioche crumbs, golden syrup and blossom honey with local dairy cream and welsh free range eggs and stem ginger.

Ingredients

Golden syrup, unsalted butter (milk), wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thaimin), bread crumbs (wheat flour, calcium carbonate iron, niacin, thaimin, water, yeast, sugar salt), free range eggs, stem ginger 6%, blossom honey 2%, lemon juice, apricot jam (apricots 25%, sugar, setting agent; glucose-fructose syrup, acidity regulators; citric acid, gelling agent: pectins).
