All celebration cakes will require a deposit to be paid on booking your cake. To avoid dissapointment we advise booking your celebration cake with as much notice as possible.
The remaining balance in most circumstances can be paid on the day of collection.
All celebration cakes are usually on a collect basis only from our Bagillt bakery unless prior arrangements have been made.
We advise Clients collecting cakes from our bakery at Bagillt to ensure their cake is transported securely on a flat surface ie the boot of the car or in the foot well.
Once at your venue we would also advise checking that the table you are using is stable and secure . we have had reports of disastrous events due to poor planning.
It is important to us that your cake reaches its venue safely, but accidents do happen, unfortunately Anne’s Patisserie cannot take responsibility once your cake has left our bakery. We will of course try our best to rectify any accidental damage you may have.
Once you have purchased your cake we advise the cake be kept stored with-in its box, out of direct sunlight and in a cool place. In these conditions the cake should keep very well for approximately eight days.
It is not advisable to store your cake with-in the refrigerator. The cold temperature will affect the fondant icing and any sugar craft decorations you may have.
We understand that at times cancellations may occur.
Unfortunately deposits are none refundable but maybe used to secure a future booking
