Anne
Anne after completing her degree in hotel management worked in various five star hotels throughout Great Britain. After putting her career on hold to start a family she later turned her hobby of sugar craft into a business producing speciality celebration,and wedding cakes.Now she works along side her husband James in their popular patisserie .

James
James is originally from Belfast, where he trained to become a chef. He then travelled around Great Britain working in some of the finest restaurants and hotels. He is a member of the British Association of Pastry Chefs,and has over 20 years of experience specialising in fine patisserie and chocolate work.

Lynn
We really could'nt do with out Lynn. Lynn brings bags of customer service experience. She is a much needed injection into our office administration, customer service and tele sales.

Louise
Louise is our latest addition to the team joining us October 2010. Louise, although not trained in patisserie, is quite a creative person with a keen desire to learn.
