Our desserts are bought by clients looking for something special,something that looks and taste great,made using traditional baking methods and with great ingredients ,no more so, than our wonderful creamy welsh butter,free range eggs and our lusciously thick dairy cream. We sell our desserts and some savoury items also, to hotels,restaurants and pubs,to local farm shops and deli's and to out-let centres.During the course of the year we attent various food festivals around North wales,details of the remaining years show's are posted on the events page. We are now selling our products direct to the public from our unit, on a pre-order basis.Orders need to be placed by phone at least three working day's before collection.
