Anne and James’ history is based in the hospitality industry.
Anne trained in hotel management and James as a chef.
For many years, they both worked around Great Britain in a number of fine hotels and restaurants before settling in North Wales just outside Mold.
They have always had a love of patisserie gained from their travels and a desire one day to own their own business.

Over the coming years, other Anne’s patisserie continued to receive awards for their great tasting cakes and patisserie.
In 2007, Anne and James realised that they needed to move their business out of their home to enable them to expand their business.
So in Early 2008 they secured the lease on a unit on the Manor Business Park in Bagillt nr Flint.
